..... have no stops on the drawers? You know, the Gerstner type machinist chests- the wooden ones. I have two, different manufacturers, and of course I KNOW the drawers have no stops, but that doesn't prevent me from dumping one on occasion.

Planning on building a large one this summer, and guess what - it Will have drawer stops! /rant.

could be a safety thing. But I still pull out 2 or 3 drawers regularly.

it IS a saftey feature. When I had a smaller tool box there were a couple times the thing almost tipped over due to having too many drawers open at the same time. Buying a large snap on KRL solved that problem. :lol_hitti

my friends craftsman top box will go over if you open all the drawers at once, the only thing I dislike about my toolbox is that the drawers don't click closed very positively, and they seem to always slide themselves open about an inch. I guess it's not on level ground, or I just need to add a few more pounds of tools to each drawer..
