You tried to do what you could to help him out in what I think was a positive way. Maybe a message to him rather than leaving it in the feedback comments would have been better, but still. You did what you could, oh well. Talk sense to a fool, and he'll call you foolish.

I would not deal with a seller like him again who is too arrogant to accept that he has an incorrect description of his products. He got his money from you and thinks that because he doesn't have to deal with you face to face that he can just spout off and argue with you. The seller is a real jerk with a real problem. Have him deal with customers face to face and see if he can act like that. What an idiot.
