I paid $10 Canadian for this about 5 years ago. I thought I could restore it but have had absolutely no luck finding any parts for it. Soon to be scrap. The one picture has the parts I need and mine has no parts. I think I am the one that overpaid.

You have an anvil.

That may not ever bee original again but with some cutting and welding of some plate steel you can make attachments.
