Yep! Carbide burrs or small stones!
Get the best you can afford! The quality of the bits is probably more important than the quality of the grinder!
MSC have a good selection and are easy to deal with! Worth acquiring their catalogue!

What kind of bits do i use in my die grinder that will easily grind off the head of a bolt and where can i get them?
You should be able to get carbide burrs at some automotive parts places (napa where i live has 'em). Welding supply places also carry them (usually much better quality).
