Die hard 1150 jump pack issue

I've had this pack for a few years. And a issue started about a year after I had it. When I charge or try to check percentage of charge, the display only shows 888888 across the board. Nothing in the manual says anything. I also tried calling sears and no help there. It still seems to work fine. I've jumped several cars, charged my phone ect.. just have no idea how much juice the thing has

Anyone have any idea?

Sounds like either the display/display driver is bad or the volt meter is.
I'm gutting and redoing a shoemaker boost pack at work that the transformer for the charger died and is not available anywhere I can find....just gutting it and putting in a small self contained charger. I'll have to check it with a dmm periodically...
