Yup. Brought in a ton of 3/4 minus. 24 yards total, if I remember correctly.

My son played soccer in the regional tournaments not far from your house. Nice area, great soccer complex. The team stayed behind the Brown Bear Restaurant.

You then know where I live approx. I'm at the top of the hill looking down the opposite side. But, if I walk up to the Manor, I can look down on the new soccer/baseball fields. It's a really nice sports complex.

Good eye! I forgot to mention that. We quickly realized that we were going to run out of cement, and ordered another truck. And, we lost some with the form blow out. Because we had to keep moving filling the form, while I was trying to fix the blow out, and then wait for the 2nd cement truck, we ended up with a cold joint. Nick, the semi-retired contractor said it would be OK. Time will tell! I actually like how the space had instant character.

He's probably right. I was a ready mix QC guy, so I'm just good at noticing these things. Couldn't tell you if it was going to make a bit of difference though. Might be more concerned in a slab than a stem wall.

Funny you mention that. We've poured the floor finally, and we made damn sure that we didn't run out! In fact, I had ordered extra so that I could back fill a block retaining wall that I'm building.

Anyway, still working on the shop. Tons of progress!! The bottom floor is pretty much done, and being used. I still need the big roll up door, and two man doors installed.

The top floor is ready for sheetrock. That's what I'm getting ready for now.
