Anyone receive theirs via UPS? I ordered two and both boxes looked good. Once opened, it looks like they were dropped and bent the bottom and back of them. Sears just stuck a shipping label on them and threw them to UPS. I now have the struggle of fighting with sears for a replacement.

Good luck to others who ordered.

Mine arrived in the regular box as well. It looked ok, but I haven't opened it up yet. Having ordered from Sears in the past, I figured this is how it would be shipped and that it would most likely be damaged. I took the chance though, picking up items at the auto center is always a pain and takes forever!

I would like the option of in store pickup but I only have a sears hometown store local. For some reason, sears will only let me pick up a few things there. I also cannot exchange/return items there.

They're franchised stores, and their computer systems are separate from corporate stores. They also only carry a limited selection, so that's probably why they won't let you pick up many items there.

I understand why, but I think it confuses a lot of people and pisses them off!

I had something damaged once and they refunded me and said I didn't need to ship back the item. Just do what I want to with it. Doubt they will say that with a high dollar item but you can give Sears a call. Actually I think I may of did online chat, don't recall.

The sheet metal is so thin any rough handling at all will bend it. Mine was a bit beat up but I was able to bend all the dents out with my fingers.

Pulled mine out of the box and put together earlier. Not bad, the metal is thin but i can deal with it. The plastic wheels were a let down and the convoluted tubing for the handle is laughable.

Yeah they definitely don't build them like they used to. If I'd paid full price I'd be annoyed but for under $60 I can't complain too much.
