Diesel Injector cleaning, any recommendations?

Hi Folks,

I need infos about how to use a ultra sonic cleaning device. The purpose should be the high end cleaning of unit pomp and common rail injectors.

Well what do I need...which cleaner is the "best" and what should i do after the cleaning??? I mean...It's mandatory to remove all the water and cleaning fluid from the fragile injector also to relube it befor i mount them back.

Any experience??? Please consider UI and CR no old style injectors!!!

My inquiry to some diesel test equipment manufactors are all the same...

"you need to buy a ultra sonic cleaner, than a sterile cab and a testbench...will cost you aprox 150.000€"...

well that maybe the perfect way...but serious...in real life it's ********.

Did you buy the equipment? If not, there are companies that specialize in cleaning and flow testing injectors. I can't tell where you are, but if you are in the US, I can get you the info for a company local to me that does this service.
