Can someone give me the Cliff Notes version of the differences between these two tools? Do you need both or would it be redundant?

The Fuel screwdriver is awesome, unlike its predecessor, which is close to totally useless. I use it on any job that I don't care to make the noise of the impact, as well as where needing finesse. Driving screws and lags into wood, by all means the impact, but threaded machine screws, screwdriver. Impact would be my first purchase for sure, and if just around the house, then I would say skip the screwdriver - but tradesman, a must have.
A question for you screwdriver users... does each clutch setting provide a repeatable torque setting? What I mean by that is if you had tried multiple clutch settings and checked the bolts with a torque wrench, could you write down what clutch setting corresponds to what specific torque? It would make it very handy to use one of those clutch settings to torque small fasteners like a valve cover. Not sure if it would work, but it makes me curious
