Differences Between Wilton Cadet and Machinist Vises

Does anyone know the difference between the Wilton Cadet vises and the Wilton Machininst vises. I need the screw and handle for a 3-1/2" machinist vise, and I've found an online ad for one for a Cadet. Anybody know if it will fit the machinist vise?

Pretty sure cadets will have a smaller body/overall size. Like a junior model.

The cadet is actually a mechanics vise, not a machinist vise. Not really smaller.
