Im debating which one I should go with. I have a 2005 f250 and my wife has an 05 Nissan Sentra. Shes going to be getting an SUV soon, so the height limitations is temporary.

Out of these jacks, whats the difference between the lifting height? Are the low profile ones not as sturdy? Makes sense to get them since they lift higher anyway...

Thanks

That's only two jacks. Note the pics are the same for the first two and the second two. Only the part number is different. This means they made a minor revision to each design and gave them a new part number. So all you're comparing is low profile vs standard, lift height, and price.

I have the 2 1/2 ton low profile jack (about a year and half) I love the 2 1/2 ton, it weighs 74lbs, easily assemble, sturdy and most important reliable.

Thanks. I seen the picture being the same and I thought it was just a typo or a generic picture..

Are there any mods that are done to these to make them better? Upgrade seals? oil? etc

How do you know which one is the newest revision?

I would go by the copyright year of the product manuals. Though the low profile ones have the same year. I would imagine the higher product number for the low profile jacks would be the newest but a phone call should confirm that.

#68048 = 2010
#69227 = 2011

I have the regular 3 ton model that I use on my 08 Sentra. It's been holding up perfectly since I bought the jack 4 years ago. At the $60 I paid for it, I have zero complaints.
