I have the VIAR digital tire inflator which is about $40, and I rather like it. Haven't had to replace the battery yet, and I bought it in 2014.

The inflator in your link doesn't have a locking connector on the end. That's a dealbreaker for me, but that might just be personal preference.

The digital part looks to be the same generic design I've seen on many such gauges. Its about twice as much as I paid for one with a pistol type grip. I think a lot of it comes down to how good is the locking tire chuck.

It doesn't look like a bad unit to me but my gut feel it's you could get the same thing (same OEM) from a generic brand for less. On the other hand, if buyers are happy with it you likely will be as well.

I have the Astro and had it for 4 years now. Fast and easy to use, no issues. I don't use Duracell batteries as they are know for leakage and use Eneloop rechargables.

I've got the cornwell too, but I don't think they are anymore precise than any other run of the mill digital inflator/gauge. The cornwell guy gave me a better deal than other tool trucks and it uses AAA batts instead of watch batts, which is nice

I shopped around and ended up with this:
Tire inflator
Consider the valve stem clip on chuck. Way better than trying to hold the other type in just the right position while trying to get a reading or inflating.
I have had mine for two years and have not had any complaints. And it's made in the USA for those who look for that

Another vote for the Astro, for 25 years I was a air chuck with a separate tire gauge guy then I got the Astro as a gift several years ago so much easier. If this one dies I will buy another guaranteed.

Yeh, its a lot easier to read analog meter than digital in sunlight.

The Astro posted above is the winner of the bunch, For cheaper ones I have had better luck with Milton products over Truflate> https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p...igital-tire-inflator-gauge-ex0500d/11777974-p

Another vote for the Astro. As an added bonus, if you do have trouble with it, they will take care of you.

The OP's post looks like a generic Chinese gauge. Probably 1% full scale accuracy (some claim 0.5%), and the inflator part will likely leak a bit. OK for general home use, but the gauge is a throwaway item if it ever has a problem.
