Dimmable Fluorescent Torchiere - Looking for Replacement Switches

I picked up three heavy dimmable fluorescent torchieres - at least 20 years ago. They have served well, but the dimmer switches on two are getting a bit temperamental. It's still winter and I won't have time later, so I'm looking into the parts needed to swap switch assemblies. Would like to retain the same format and functionality.

Toward that end, I've removed and photographed one of these. Google and Duckduckgo searches for each of the character strings on these bring up something other than what is here. Wondering whether any of you have dealt with this product before and can steer me toward a supply of replacements.

The problem is most likely the potentiometer on that little board. You can use an electrical cleaner to spray inside of it or if you can solder, find a replacement to solder to the board.

If they still work mostly, but don't dim smoothly, or drop out at particular spots, cleaning the potentiometer is where I'd start. If you have a meter, you can test it to see if the resistance changes smoothly as you turn the knob or not, and then clean it. spray contact cleaner or 99% isopropyl alcohol in it, turn the knob a bunch, spray some more, turn, spray. let it dry, see if it's better. If that doesn't work, I'd just get a new in-cord dimmer. Might be hard to find one that claims to work with fluorescents these days. what kind of bulb do your fixtures take? Might be time to upgrade them to led...
