After speaking with Bendpak about the HD-9s and determining it wouldn't work for me because of my ceiling height I was going to go with the MaxJax, but then saw a video of someone with 9 foot ceilings with the Pro Park S lift.

So I went to the calculator and I'm horrible at math so I'm trying to figure out what height I need for this lift but was hoping someone could help.

My top car is 56" tall

My Bottom car is 51" tall

My Ceiling height is 9' 4"

Will this work for this lift?

The calculator is here... just not sure about the "drive thru height" portion.

Looks to me that you'll have to put the 56" car on top and lower tire pressure of bottom car by about 2" to get under the lock ht.
The other way around and you'll have plenty of head room on top and would probably have to remove tires of 56" car to get under the lock ht.
If the "full raised" height is more than the 51" ht and you drive under then lower to locks you may get the 51" car in and under, but you had better remember to raise to full height before backing out or OUCH !!
That's what I come up with for what it's worth.
Good luck, where there's a will there's a way.

A Ford GT40 is 40.5” tall.

Seems like a reasonable solution.

If your top car is 56” and it has to rest on a 4” tall runway and the bottom of that runway is 56” above the ground, that puts it at 56 +4 +56 = 116” or 9 feet 8”.
