Just FYI, I’ve ordered 3+ tools from them and never received a tool that was “blemished”. I think they use that as a crutch to allow TTI to look the other way on the low pricing they offer.

I have ordered way more than I should from them, and agree, the Blemished items are hard to tell if anything is wrong. Refurbished ones are heat embossed with "REFURB" on the tool or accessory. Depending on item, cross check with Home Depot, especially when they are doing their Ryobi days events. Sometimes HD for new stuff is cheaper than refurbished on DTO.

The "blemished" ones are always new, the refurbed ones are always trash though, don't get those.

HD is the only authorized seller of new Ryobi, so having that description takes care of that & prevents price matching.
