direction please... RV storage shed

Been wanting to get my truck camper under a roof, save me the annual reaseal the roof issues...

Parking spot, as it turns out is on an easement, and right of way.

So the village has given me an option, build it on minimum 6x6" beams, and it officially becomes a moveable shed, and is allowed... no permit available, as its a shed...

So the question is - do I dare? 20' long, 10' wide, 12' clear ceiling... with no foundation? Soil is clay based, so not like it will settle much, but, the theory makes me nervous, thats a lot of structure not to have anchored in...

Alternative, is extend existing garage, but that requires a new easement as I'd have to cross village property with the apron... and its not in the budget...

Any advice / suggestions?

Yeah a custom version of that was plan a - but walking around the village, the dozens that are here - no longer have covers... lol too windy for them to survive...

Put 4 beams under it and it will be no problem. Think of all the old wooden grain bins that sat around the country for years on the same structure.

Suggestion- make it moveable as the village wants but dig/pour concrete anchors that are flush with the ground for you to chain the shed down with binders.

Put it on the 6x6 posts resting on some stone fro drainage. Drill through the 6x6s, drive some 1/2" rebar through the hole and bend the last 3-4 inches over to hold it in place. If you ever have to move it,simply dig under the 6x6 and cut off the rebar.

I have a loafing shed for cattle that is the same size but only 8 feet tall and its never anchored down its open on one long side . I move it from pasture to pasture and have never had a problem with wind.

If you have concern about not anchoring it because of potential high winds or something then you can use 'earth anchors' to attach it down for security
