Disappearing Pics?

I've been trying to learn how to posts pics on these forums.

I seem to have somewhat figured it out.

I simply upload them to Imgur, then copy & paste the BB Code into my posts.

It worked great last night on my home computer, but when I got to work the next day, on my work computer, some of the threads I posted BB Codes into were still showing the images, but some threads were not.

I'm either still doing something wrong, or something changed overnight, or .... what?

Thanks for writing. Unfortunately that site has been blocked from hotlinking due to multiple instances of abuse of Imgur's terms of service.

The terms of service can be found at http://imgur.com/tos.

We don't allow hotlinked images being used as content for other websites.

Because there is a classified section, we are unable to remove the blockage.

I started having this issue recently. I've been away from the boards for a while and then I tried to post to my own thread the same as I have always done and nobody can see the pic I posted. It is on my 2 garages thread. Hotfr8 tried to help and made a few suggestions. I checked what he suggested but no joy! AFAIK all the pics on my threads and posts are now missing. I host all pics (so far) on GJ, and I am copying the BB code directly from the picture in the album.
I can see the pics when I am logged in but apparently no one else can. Hotfr8 could see them too when he was logged in as a mod. He suggested that the pics are marked private, which i checked and they are all marked public. And besides- I haven't touched anything and it was all working fine before.
Any suggestions?

It sure seems like private/public issue, but I went through all of the albums and marked them private, logged out then logged back in and changed them all back to public. Still doesn't work.

Still no resolution on this - I've checked everything I can check on the user CP and can't see anything amiss. My pics are just not showing up. I can see them when I'm logged in but apparently no else can see them. They used to show up even for people viewing as a guest so something's changed that I have no control over.
Mods, please help with this or there's not much point continuing.

your album pic shoe for me too, but it could be because of the mad status . not sure how to help
