Any advice as to others might address the eBay purchase described here* would be appreciated.

These are my issues with the purchase:
* Item was poorly packaged: all the wrenches were placed unsecured into a ~10" x 13" bubble wrap envelope placed in a flat rate box with far less than enough packing to prevent the wrenches from bumping and grinding against each other all the way from Illinois to Alaska.
* Item was not as described, with it having included three SOEX wrenches when described as '4 SnapOn OEXM Metric Wrenches 8-24 Incomplete Set'.
* Item eBay posting states that wrenches are in "great condition" when "good condition" would have been a whole lot more honest of a description.
* When I e-mailed the seller asking...
"am I correct in assuming that since your post made no mention of any markings/initials or areas that have been grinded, that there indeed are none"
...the seller replied:
"Hi, there are no engravings on any of the wrenches."
* I got chiseled on shipping: the USPS postage calculator shows they charged me $6 more than what they paid (though granted they were kind enough to ship USPS rather than UPS).
-
And so, while the item's eBay posting says...
"Please contact us PRIOR TO leaving any neutral or negative feedback...we strive for high quality service and want you to be satisfied with your purchase from MONSTER-DEALS"
...what *would* be appropriate to say in contacting the seller?
Requesting a full refund puts me out for round trip postage, and a big question mark as to if or when I would ever receive a refund should I indeed bite the bullet and ship the set back.
I moreover wonder whether leaving negative feedback would do little more than spitting in the wind, what with the seller having 27,522 reviews at 99.8% positive.
