I want to send my plan to inspector before doing actual work. Reading NEC I found only that 250v disconnect has to be below 6'7", laterally 36" and no farther then 50' and visible. Any thing else? Like distance to obstacles ( fence and equipment itself in my case). Some one said 36" between compressor and disconnect. But I can't find this in the code. Thank you.

The 36” that someone told you was probably for working clearances. In your case this shouldn’t be an issue. Just place the disconnect in a readily accessible location and you should be good.

You need a clear width of 30" in front of the disconnect. That 30" wide space has to be at least 36" deep. Nobody is going to put a disconnect at 6'7", but if you thought about putting it on the ceiling, don't. The disconnect has to be within sight, which by definition is within 50' and unobstructed from view. As long as you don't put the disconnect behind the compressor and a short person can reach it, you're ok.

Most of this will be found in 110, I think .26 but I'm not going to get off the couch to go check.

why are you putting UF-b in EMT? that wont be fun and its a waste of money. just get individual conductors.

is this an air conditioning compressor or air compressor?

I have UF-b in hand. And it's 4'-5' run with one bend. If difficult just little bit of dish soap will make a difference I think.
