I’m looking for a socket organizer similar to what Craftsman used to make. It had a flat plastic base with holes and it came with with 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 sized plastic pegs that fit the holes. This allowed you to customize the socket storage. I’ve searched and the only similar product I’ve found is called a PowerMat or MagKanic Mat, which is magnetic and expensive.

I want to use it for bit socket storage ‘cause I don’t care for socket rails. Does anyone know of other options?

You're welcome! I was eyeballing them at a Sears Hometown the other day so I knew they were out there.

They are discontinued however you can easily find one at an Ace Hardware. Ace sells Craftsman and still carries a lot of the older stuff. Mine has at least two of them in stock.
