Seeing Dixon filters on Amazon. Clever how the adds read Wilkerson.

Are they the same as Wilkerson??? building and marketing under their label? building under license?

Dixon has been selling multiple manufacturers of air prep for years.

Including Norgren, Wilkerson and Watts and I am sure there are others.
They contract manufacturers to private label components with the Dixon name. They appear to be the same as the manufacturers offering.

Over the years Dixon has become stronger and has purchased a number of manufacturers on the fitting and quick connect side of their business as well. Just not the three I mentioned

I wouldn't hesitate to put anything from their catalog in my shop.

They do look exactly the same as the Wilkersons that I bought. And cheaper too, just wondering about quality.... its easy to put lipstick on a pig, just look at all the stuff we import from China.

It's the same item with a different part #. You can not configure them with multiple drain options etc but they are not lipsticked pigs
