You mentioned 6 mm tank thickness and just wondering what type of TIG welder you used? HF or Lift Tig/ Live Tig?

If you used HF, would Lift or live Tig be good enough?

LOL. Let me put that in perspective for you. It would be like asking "if I have a car with a manual key start switch, would it be just as good as a car with a remote start key fob to drive on a 500 mile trip?"
