I remember seeing a post or thread on here a while back where a guy used what I think was battery cable heat shrink tubing on the ends of his ratchets for a DIY comfort grip. Anybody have a link to that thread or anybody else do this? Thinking about trying it.

Cool, thanks for sharing. I have a Snap-on TL-72, the long thin handle is very uncomfortable, I was thinking about doing the heat shrink tubing, but looking at your other pics, I wonder if I would be able to fit something else on the end like a nut driver handle. Or does anyone know if snap-on sells grips to convert there hard handle to comfort grip? I can't find anything on their website.

TL72 is a standard chrome handle. He can't put the handle off. :lol_hitti

ahh well then like some have shown before, i took a cheapie chrome ratchet to the machine class at the community college and they turned the handle down on lathe. Than i welded some tangs on it and hammered on a drilled out cman screwdriver handle. i will have to look around for it.
