We were on vacation last week and the villa we rented didn't have A/C. The temps got high and the humidity did too.
I went to the Habitat Restore and bought $20 worth of parts to make this emergency A/C unit.
It cooled for about 1 1/2 hours with 20 lbs of ice. It got us through until the evening air cooled off.
