Looks great.

So where are you going to store all your other stuff? ie; camping gear, lawn/beach chairs, lawn mower, pressure washer, snow blower, etc. I'd have to have a whole other garage if I was going to get rid of all the shelving where your walls are bare.

I have another shed for that sort of stuff. Trust me ... the garage is not as clean as it looks in the rendering... There is a lot of **** that I gotta get moved to even start this project.

I will not be able to tin the top part as my funds have ran out. Just going to paint the red stripe and upper white section and trim....

i would put the garbage cans closer to the big door, opposite the man door to the outside. But that's cause I am lazy and less distance for me to drag them in and out to the curb.

Yeah, if I had my way I would build a bump out on the garage to make it a bit larger and move some stuff around but I cannot... we have a 5ft property line building code here so I have t work with what I got.

Honestly, I would avoid construction adhesive as it precludes you from ever moving the floor to do a thorough cleaning. Best thing about these floors is the ability to break it into 5 or 6 big pieces, drag it outside to clean underneath and scrub down the tiles. I would look into maybe the really heavy-duty velcro if you think you could secure one side to the bottom of the tiles well enough. This way, you can still remove it. To defeat the wind you need something to just "hold" it, not as strong as construction adhesive.

RapidSet brand makes some great products for patching. They are effectively like hot mud in that they crosslink cure. Home Depot carries many of their products. Quikcrete also sells some similar ones. Biggest thing in your case is to make sure you've gotten all the loose stuff off. The new stuff will bond but if the material under it isn't solid, it will just come off again.
