I have been researching same issues for the past month. I have talked with shot blasting and diamond grinding contractors about installing KOSTER, Aqua Fin, MOPEI and other $$$ moisture barriers. All of these procedures and chemicals are $$$$

As of right now I'm trying to firm up a deal to have my water vapor plagued floor shot blasted and treated with AQUARMOR (Sherwin Williams/General Polymers). This will also include the braodcasting of "flakes" and the AQUARMOR Epoxy Top Coat (3461).

I will do my own thread if I can ever pull this off.

Yeah its a beast to handle, if I were to do this all over again I would buy the Aquafin @350$ and apply that after the shot blasting, that product just seems to be a good fit, the SG2 line. Yeah this was my practice garage for sure now I know everything I need to handle on the house I build.:eyecrazy:

Well we just keep making progress, little by little. Primer, and a little grey paint and we should be good to go. Now I start moving my garage to this house from the old.

Mind I ask what color gray paint you used for the walls? what about the red? I think I might steal your color combination!

Anyone have a good line on any good under cabinet LED lighting?[/QUOTE]

I have been looking at these guys for the cabinets in my kitchen. They seem nice and bright, but I haven't seen the product in person:

Wow - Nice job on the paint and floor! As it happens I will be renovating an empty house in Sammamish next month and do not have the handyman skills you apparently do. Thinking of PremierGarage. Any thought on local guys/products?
