I’ve reached out to a couple online stores that supposedly have this and surprisingly got little to no responses. Are there even DIY kits out there for this?

After sorting through a lot of posts this seems to be one of the better routes to go with for longevity and keeping from yellowing?

There are several supporting vendors that sell polyurea. I've 4 floors with it. All of the floors are "indoors" and I've had no issues with them going yellow. I wouldn't use polyurea outside in the kind of UV we get here, but indoors it's not been an issue.

I've never done polyaspartic - seems that it is truely UV stable (will not yellow). For outdoors, I've used other products (basically plastic suspended in fluid that evaporates) - and every year I find myself re-coating the drive and sidewalks.
