I close on my first home on monday. I'm moving and getting married in a few weeks. Between now and then, my fiance has a list of things for me to do before we move in, but the garage will definitely be a priority for me (she actually wants me to improve the garage too).

I hear you on the growth. I moved here in '89 when there were about 2000 people. There wasn't really a plan for growth. Village board saw developers coming to town and let them throw all kinds of **** up just to start gettin the tax dollars to roll in. Consequently, the town got huge while I was away at school (2002-2004) and it's just not the same place I grew up in (for the worse) otherwise I would have considered staying.
