As of late, we've seen a number of threads for wrench sets recommendations for home/DIY work. Thought a poll might help... (really?)

You might want to learn the brands yourself, before posting a LOL poll.
Where do you put Craftsman? Home Depot? AutoZone?....
Why Tekton occupies one category?

Buy whatever is convenient for the basics and unless you have a lot of disposable income don't spend a lot. After you have used them for a while you will know what you want in a wrench and won't have to ask this question. In the DIY world combination wrenches rarely create impossible to solve problems and they are easy acquire more of when needed.

That being said, if I had to start over and pick a brand I would get the DeWalt wrenches: long pattern, ASD design, and about $40 for a set of 8 at the farm store.
