Ok I just purchased my kit from diy, but I had a question about the drawings that were provided. They were very basic looks like just panel locations for the metal, there is a pole layout but no other drawings for the framing and trusses. Shouldn't I get drawings like that also so that I can go submit them for my permits? When I got a quote from shirk they sent me all these drawings with the quote.

They come from the truss mfg. Did you extra pay for stamped blueprints?

No I'm not asking for stamped ones just regular drawings of all the framing

Do truss plans usually come stamped or do you have to pay extra for that too?

I just requested stamped drawings for the truss and they were provided. How big is your drawing package? Mine showed girts and details.

My drawing are 35 pages. But no detailed truss stuff. I hope it doesnt cost $500 just for the truss drawings. Ill be pretty mad. Did you buy from the same company and did you pay for yours?
