Huh, interesting just joined the site, looking to build polebarn appx 60 to 90 days. Just cruising links saw this, these guys are almost in my backyard, and I`d never heard of them. Adding one more possible to list of barn companies.

Nice guys to deal with, could have been better though. Never did get an items list and some things sent wrong/too many/not enough. Plans were crappy too, No details on trim/etc, several measurements were wrong. Check the plans in detail if you buy here. Next time I would just buy local. They also run barn parts (dot) com. I did get a good price but everything came from local suppliers anyways, I'd say go to lowes/84/etc and get prices.

I purchased my 30*48*10 pole barn from them last year. As stated, check the measurements closely. My plans called for a 36" OC spacing for the poles between my 36" man door. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to realize the door and casing are going to be wider than 36". But overall, the price was better than what I could get from any other company or local lumber yard, but all the parts came from local suppliers. They must have a good volume discount. Everything arrived when promised and in logical order (my poles were on the top of the stack of lumber not buried on the bottom). Overall, I would not hesitate to at least check them out if I ever build another one.

Yea, it seems that they offerer better prices then my local lumberyards can do. Just a little worried about erecting a building of this size without having erected a building of this size before. Any helpful tips abotu building this building besides examin the blue prints carefully. Thanks alot.
