I was wondering if anyone has set up a quick release for their dk13 jack handle.
I measured it out and the diameter of the screw ss about 5mm or 3/16" (the manual doesn't say it's specific size).
I was looking at using something like a quick release pin or the spring pin that you see in something like adjustable crutches or adjustable table legs. I'm not sure what these are called though so I haven't had much luck finding them. A third option would be a threaded spring plunger ball which could be screwed into where the screw goes so that way you don't cause any issues for the thread either.
I'm not sure if these would be strong enough to handle the weight though.
Anyone have any experience making the handle quick release for their dk13 (or any jack in general which might be similar)
