I was wondering if curved / offset extensions exist? Did anyone ever make anything similar to this:
Of course it would not work with a ratchet, but would be a nice idea to make different sizes of breaker bar if working in tight areas. Also it could be used with a beam style torque wrench.

I'm not seeing it work with a beam type torque wrench either because the rotational torque applied to the square drive end won't transfer to the male square drive as it is 90 degrees perpendicular to it.![]()

Isn't that why they make different size breaker bars?
Britool used to make an adaptor that allowed you to do something similar, but if I recall correctly you had to insert an extension to make up the length of tool you needed!
Do you have a picture of the Britool adaptor? Any idea what the model number was?
