Do I have too many? There's also 3 in the car and 3 at work. (Stanley and Craftsman)

Left to right: (1/2) Cornwell SR-50, Mastercraft, (3/8) Mastercraft Flex, Kobalt Flex, HF Roto, 2X Craftsman U.S.A., Stanley, Williams (Import), (1/4) HF Roto, Stanley USA, Craftsman Universal.

These ones only really get use at home, but I can't stop buying them whenever I see a good price.

Haha, I didn't think so, but I feel it somewhat unnecessary to have more than one of the same type (flex/handle length/etc)

Somewhat, yes. Just started posting here. Any suggestions for new ones to get? I'm a fan of U.S.A. stuff but cannot fork over the cash for the truck brands.

Yes to all of those. I have several SK 3/8" ratchets, a nice little 1/4" SK, a Proto 1/2" a Armstrong 1/2" and a KD RHFT 1/2" in addition to the usual assortment of Craftsman. I also have some vintage Williams on the way and just picked up a nice 3/8" RHFT Master Mechanic.

You can never have too many as far as I'm concerned...

when you get to one ratchet dedicated to each socket then it is reasonable to think about that question: but until then - No!

Yea, I've stopped buying new though. The black Mastercraft one I got for a dollar. Flea market in Michigan had some broken Mastercraft stuff (no one over there knows what Canadian Tire is) so I took them back to Windsor and got some good warranties.

Not even close,

I have four snap-on's, an S-K, three craftsman's, two older husky's, a proto, and a wizzard, all laying here beside my computer.

I have no idea how many ratchets I have, but I'm pretty sure I need more.

need a couple stubbys in 1/2" and 3/8" as well as some long handle and or flex heads in 1/2"

Yea, I'm looking at the Armstrong long handle flex.

I might get the Gearwrench 120xp set with flex head. Or just cut the handles off of some HF ones if I need a stubby in a pinch.

I see to many ratchets. I have a 1/4" flex head, 3/8" flex head, 3/8" flex head stubby and a half inch super long flex head. I would like to add a shorter half inch but I'm not sure I need it. My 3/8" gets the job done. I also have power tools but we were just talking ratchet's.

Until each drive size spills over it's own full width drawer in your roll cab (I might exempt 3/4" from this... might) you don't have enough...

Laughin'....

I only have 4 ratchets -- 2 USA Craftsman 1/2", 1 Mac Tools 1/2", and a cheapie Chinese 1/4" (Great Neck?).

I am reaching a point in my tool accumulation where I can and need to start building a 2nd set to take over to fix things at friends' and relatives' houses. So now I get to buy more tools to add to this second set. :) Of course, my better stuff will stay home in my main tool box.

Your ratchet inventory is critically low, you must replenish your collection.
No more than one per drive size for me please.................hahahahahahahaha ;)

I suppose you don't have too many ratchets...I mean you always need to have a backup for your favorite ratchets...and a backup for those, etc. haha
