Do I Need A Second Damper?

Going to replace the existing noisy bathroom vent fan. Currently the fan is vented into the attic space through some flexible ducting. It terminates inside the enclosed attic space.

I plan to purchase a new vent fan and duct it to a termination vent cap installed through the gable siding. Looking at the spec sheet for the fan, it states that there is a damper on the fan housing.

Should I purchase a vent hood that is open with only an insect screen or should I purchase a vent hood with an internal damper? I have also seen some applications where the person installed a cape damper to make sure the vent does not allow outside air to flow back into the house is the fan is not turned on.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Installed a damper at side wall an at the fan since the run was 30'. Both dampers don't close 100%. Just trying to close the vent the best i can since 25' runs through attic.
