do other techs wax their tool boxes?

Microfiber rag and some wd40. When the grease and dirt starts to bother me

I wanted to wax it when I bought it. I've wanted to wax it since. It's still not waxed. But as soon as the dusty garage finishing is finished, I'm cleaning it and waxing it.

I'll use a synthetic wax. Carnauba gives a wonderful lustre to well prepared paint, but for a toolbox I want something harder wearing and longer lasting.

I think its a "tech" thing,,,, most mechanics I know dont bother,,, hahahaha

Only time mine get polished in any way is when I get blood on them, then I rub it into the finish as my sacrifice to mollify the tool gods.....
