Do Saber Cabinets need to be sit on a stem wall?

I recently received my cabinets and see that Saber’s manual mentions that the cabinets should sit on a stem wall. My garage doesn’t have a protruding stem wall so I’d have to go buy some 2 x 6s to do the install. Anyone know if this is necessary? It seemed like none of the Obsessed Garage installs were installed on stem wall

Either add legs or block them up with framing. Doesn't need to be any particular height. You don't want the metal base flat on the concrete. Another reason is that any stem around the building will be level whereas the slab may not be. I have a couple of roll aways against the side wall of my garage and they lean slightly. I could shim the casters but it doesn't bother me.

Stem wall is easiest. You can mount dimensional lumber to the wall underneath to give you whatever height you want. I used 2 x 6 which gives a nice under cabinet gap.
