Do they make box extenders for ceiling fan bolt spacing boxes?

I bought one for a standard 4" box and the bolt spacing is much wider on that. It appears this box is the ceiling fan size with a much narrower bolt spacing. There was a single A19 fixture on this box and I want to extend the box to run conduit to it to feed a couple 4' LED fixtures on the garage ceiling.

I did find one thing but I cannot seem where to get it locally or something similar. I also do not see if they have blank covers for this form factor box.

Thanks in advance.

The spacing is the same on all 4/0 boxes, ceiling fan box or not. Sounds like you are trying to come off a 3/0 box, or a 4 square box with a 3/0 mud ring. Use a 3/0 extension with a blank cover. Whatever you do DO NOT hang a fan from this.

It's not a mud ring to be sure. I'll take a pic of it today. It looks like the octagonal boxes I have been googling up with the screws on the ID of the box rather than the far outside of the corner which probably is why the bolt spacing is different. I will not be using a fan, it is there merely to provide a place to run conduit to to feed a few lights.

Need a pic. I agree with bigb, spacing is the same for all 4/0 boxes I've ever seen. Only other options are as he mentioned.
