Do you know what this is?

My wife came home with this in a box full of tag sale leftovers. Neither of us have a real clue what it is, although we have made some interesting guesses. My wife says it is made out of milk glass. Any ideas? Thanks.

It's an attachment for an old kitchen mixer that squishes the juice out of lemons/limes/oranges.

It attaches to the top of the mixer. (missing the attachment that grinds the fruit)

Sure glad they got rid of those things. They were pretty unsanitary.

I remember when leaning over and spitting out a mouthful, the underside of the bowl where the tube where the water came out had a lot of black gunk stuck under the lip.

Yup, bowl for juicer attachment. I remember fresh squeezed OJ on Sunday mornings back in the 50's, from one just like the one above.
