I think it may be a press of some sort. I’m not sure as it may not be complete. It came from an old air conditioning business.
The names Manley and Troy are cast into it
The unpainted portion at the bottom of the pic is a mounting base. It has 4 mounting ears 1 is broken.
Re the 2 “jaw” sides – 1 on the left is threaded, has a piece in it that will rotate and come of easily and has a machined half-round tip. The 1 on the right and attached to the arm would not move when I tried if by hand.
The guy who has it has dies he thinks go with it but his recollections are not very good. I didn’t see how they would attach to the “jaws”.
