Yep. Easily over 300 if I count air compressor cylinders, complete runnable spare engines and the vehicles with the business I maintain myself. Most are in running usable condition.

123 cylinders (that i can think of right now) total
42 cylinders in day-to-day use (*) and 10 more that run and could be in use but aren't
60 years old

i believe that there are a couple more bare blocks in the back of the shop somewhere, but i'm not sure.

if i hadn't traded away those 4 flathead Ford engines (besides the ones above) there'd be 32 more cylinders.

rules state "internal combustion"; but if you were counting air compressors there would be 5 more.

tire index (ti) = 65 (at least; possibly more) with air in them. who knows how many solid rubber wheels...

wheels with no tires on them; around 30, mostly antiques and mags.

Curious, how would you count something like an RX-7 or RX-8? They don't have cylinders. 3 combustion chambers/rotor?

Once I manage to get a Viper, that'll be 17! even then, I'll still be way down on the CI

49 ci and i only count the ones that get used and is running right now.
I sold some stuff this year so I'm down 12 less (v8 truck and 4 banger boat). but they will be replaced. I just ordered 2 4 wheelers for christmas but don't have them yet so not counted.
I'm 52.
I have done this on another car based web sight and they don't count non running engines or compressors unless it's gas but you only count the power making piston not the compressor piston and model type engines (cox) do not count.

I have also participated in discussions with set rules that call for only counting cylinders in running combustion engines above 2.5 hp. It has been interesting to watch how everyone in this thread has interpreted what is a valid CI to count.
