i have that same Snap On 1/4 drive 9" length breaker. it's pretty handy.
i have broken 3 different Harbor Freight breaker bars, i have no idea how anyone trusts them. I now have exclusively SK and Snap On breaker bars which have given me 6 years of regular use and no issues to date. i broke my 3/8 pittsburgh breaker, maybe 15" if i'm roughly estimating, on my first use on a seized aluminum electrical lug. they are pure junk.
that said i'll generally use an impact if it'll fit.
