Their new 30/60 angle wrenches are US made, the ones recently introduced and are more expensive
The older 15/60 set is Chinese. They aren’t bad for the price and work OK, especially in the larger sizes.
I got to looking and it turns out that now you can order the Cat angle wrenches online and do not have to go through a dealer. The website is kind of annoying to navigate, but seems like searching for angle wrenches will pull them up. I ended up ordering a few sizes that seem to pop up most often for me.

I have the Snap-on sets with the 30 and 60 degree in combination with a normal 15 degree wrench covers nearly all angles needed, while the Matco set I used before didn't help nearly as much. Injection pump side of injector lines were where I used them. The Tekton ones are probably fine too but I read on here that the prices were raised and the wrenches edges were sharp from being cut out of plate steel. They werent around before otherwise I might have tried them.

To me the 15/60 angle wrenches are less useful. I already have a 15 degree open end on nearly all my other standard length/extra long/stubby wrenches. It’s the 30/60 degree ends as well as their shorter length that sets angle wrenches apart.
Ignore my previous post about wanting angle wrenches and thinking Snap-on... I can take the entire darned machine apart to access a hydraulic line if the need be for that price. Haven't checked on other brands yet. Being a specialty tool I would highly doubt my local guy will give me much difference in price over the list price online. Nearly as much as I paid for a new toolbox from Snap-on!

I have a Wright/Martin set, 3/8 to 1-1/4. Also a Proto set, 10-19. They are good wrenches overall. The Proto's are a bit slimmer. I never had a problem with the 15x60 angles, though 30x60 may be better for some. For larger sizes I've also got a 1.5 & 2" Sunex that are nothing to look at per say, but work good.
I've used them with hydraulics, power steering lines and sometimes brake lines (ABS units).
Sometimes a crowfoot will work very well since it can go at a 90* angle.

Hahaha yeah that's ridiculous and that is a huge set but that's why I bought my set used. I actually bought my set from my Snap on dealer as a used trade in he took in. Paid $300 for my set up to 1-5/16"

Well yeah ... because you're looking at the whole set. Nobody buys a whole set unless they're the Government. Can you think of a project where you'd be using all the sizes from a 1/4 to 2 inch?

With the Snap-ons either buy used or just get the ones you need. 3/8,7/16 for grease zerks in pto shafts, 1/2, 9/16 for jam nuts on shifter linkages under cabs and the rest is job dependent mainly hydraulic fittings. Largest i own is 1 1/4". Construction equipment is different than farm larger hydraulic fittings.

Personally I find the 30° head over rated as it has never shown me a real advantage. I have every angle wrench snap on makes in standard and metric so I have years of use with these wrenches. Of the sets I own, I like my SK the best. They are thin, especially on the larger sizes which is very handy in many spots. Only complaint is SK only went to 1 1/4" and currently aren't made anymore. From there I have the complete cornwell set. I really like those with my only complaint is the size is only stamped on one side. I have the complete Martin metric set which is basically the same as cornwell, but at least they put the sizes on both sides. Of all the sets, I will say the snap on are my least favorite. If you have real odd angles to get at stuff, for hydraulic work 1/2" drive crowfeet are the best tools for the job.

On the Tekton site their open end wrenches always seem to be out of stock.

No I don't need up to 2". 3/8" up to 1-1/4" would be perfect. I'll look into it more when I have the time. Right now I'm out in the field more than turning wrenches.

Bonney made theirs up to 2", though their full polish versions stopped at 1 1/4". They come up on ebay for a pretty penny every so often. If it were me I'd just try and snag the couple of sizes I really need instead of trying to secure a complete set.

Cool, thanks for posting. Those are pretty slick. I've always heard CAT tools are rebranded Snap on but I have no experience with them.
I think some are and others are rebranded Williams. The pictures in their product catalog are small and I suspect are sometimes outdated, so I've been kind of unsure where certain tools come from. The angle wrenches looked like a safe bet, so I thought I'd check those out first.

I think those just might be a win. My set of Snappers go up to 1-5/16” and I’ve toyed with adding two or three sizes but I don’t need them bad enough to buy full list price. I might look into the Cats if the prices are decent.
