Found a Duro Chrome speeder in my dad's tools. Looks cool. But I've never used a speeder. Does anybody use them? When are they the best tool for the job?
I use mine when putting an engine together to run the nut or bolt down before using the torque wrench.

I assumed this is what he was talking about

I've used them to put in spark plugs: lots more "feel" without putting too much torque on a misthreaded plug. Use them all the time for 1/4 drive stuff.

I've used mine anytime I want speed and tactile feedback.![]()
Am I the only guy in the world that calls them a "speed-handle?"![]()
