My floor is covered with Wolverine epoxy and polyurethane. I have a small area that will be covered up soon by my shower. I've been experimenting with the area a little bit, to see what works and doesn't work as far as fixing scratches etc.
I made a scratch into the poly coat, down to the epoxy layer. I then hit it with some polyurethane that I was brushing onto some cabinets. It did an okay job of helping disguise the scratch, so that it's not quite as noticeable, but it's still visible. Of course, it's not as good as the 2-stage poly that the Wolferine is, but it's cheaper and easier.
I just wanted to offer up a test area if anyone had any other ideas that they wanted to try out. I won't be covering this area for probably a week, so let's hear your ideas. If they are cheap and easy, I'll give them a try.
