I would do this myself if I had access to a surface grinder, but I need someone to grind the blade guides from my 2013-V vertical saw. Respond below if you can help a fellow GJ out!

The blade guides were about $25 a pair last I ordered from DoAll, which I don't think included shipping. Probably higher now like everything. But I think you're asking someone to make up a 45 degree fixture for their magnet just to touch up the end(s) of the guides...

Alternatives...you can also flip them over to use the other end, make them out of A-2 tool steel with just a bandsaw and milling machine and torch-harden, or make them out of mild steel and braze a rectangle of carbide on the edge for a guide that will outlast all of the other single-component designs.

There was someone selling some do all blade guides for cheap on the Practical Machinist tooling for sale forum last month. The web site is down today for upgrades but should be up tomorrow.
