Dock fan vs ceiling fan placement

Just finished my garage and started putting everything up. I am not sure if I should install a ceiling fan in the middle of the two lights or install the dock fan on the left corner. I have a heater on the right corner. 700sqft with 10ft ceilings.

I am likely overthinking this but I would think I would like to have some airflow 24/7 to maximize heater potential. I do plan on eventually installing a mini split above the current location of the TV.

I went with a ceiling fan. Runs almost silently, and low power consumption. It runs pretty much constantly.

Most dock fans are noisy and consume a fair amount of power. Granted they move more air, but are you wanting to stir up the air a bit, or blast the air out of the over head door?

Yea just trying to stir up the air. Most of the heat gets trapped near the ceiling. I had a dock fan before, and yea it was loud. Was checking on quieter alternatives. Will have to figure out wiring

Big downside to a ceiling fan is light flicker. Need to keep it away from overhead lighting... Would be a good time to do that too. How do you see anything in there?

I see everything I need to see with those large screw in LEDs. Only option then will be installing the ceiling fan in between the light sockets
