Hi gang. I'm Doc from SoCal and welcome to my Evil Lair.
Im retired military and recently settled into a new (to me) house here in Wine Country.
Anyway, for the first few years here, the garage was more of a catch-all and place to expell all my pent up energy with little care for organization. Well, recently, and after checking off all the projects my wife needed done around the house, the seargeant in me came out and put an end to this unorganized mess.
Here's the mess before I started the refit.
You can't see it in the other photo but I had this really nice chunk of bowling alley as a work bench but it was way too low. It was a left over from y wifes old pottery studio.
So, I chopped up the alley and built some cabinets in order to bring some harmony back into the chaos that was the shop.
My plans are building cabinets all around the rest of the shop, each dedicated to a specific type of storage. I'll post up a build thread when I update my progress.
