Does anybody have a Blue Point Boxocket S-8553 like this one?

I can't find a drop of information on this Boxocket and was wondering if anybody else has one or has ever seen one. I would be curious to know what it's specific use was, when it was made, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I cannot find any info, either, most likely its a special steering eccentric wrench from the 30s. I do not have this one, but I have some others similar. Its not unusual for the odd model numbers to show up, probably special made for a factory.
