Does anyone have a "cold storage" area in their garage?

If so, post up some pictures. I'd like to store my 24 foot enclosed trailer inside to keep it out of the elements and I'd like to see how you did it, or what you'd do differently next time.

Thanks!

Not big enough for what you need, but it works for me!

My enclosed trailer is 30 feet long but the same thing. Why do you wish to put a chill on your trailer?

There's no real sense in keeping the trailer warm, the temperature won't hurt it. It's just added cost.

I have a whole 22x24 garage dedicated to *cold* storage. It's actually insulated and heated to 45 deg in the winter. It's just enough heat to keep the moisture off my bike and equipment so it doesn't rust or corrode.

Front 1/3 of my shop is heated and insulated. The rest is dirt floor and no insulation. Keeps the weather off the trailers and makes it real nice to store winter projects in the back out of the way but be able to pull them forward when I want to work on em. REAL nice to have the sled trailer in there and not have to shovel it off or dig it out of a snow bank when I want to use it. Also works great for seasonal storage of camp gear, lumber pcs, etc to keep your main work area less cluttered.

That answers my question, dirt floor. I was thinking of pouring it at the same time as my radiant heat side, but I've been advised against it due to frost jacking.

Bullfrog, where do you sled? I've been to Island Park every year for the last 7. I love that place and can't get enough of mountain sledding.

Ahh, ok. The nickname doesn't look familiar. I went back to Snowest. I guess I didn't fit in over there because I wear Klim or something. LOL

We should get together for a ride next year! I'm always up for meeting new people! I promise, I don't ride like a flatlander :)
